Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Include:

  • Collaborating with Account Executives to deliver exceptional sales support to priority client accounts.
  • Engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
  • Facilitating copy production in vCreative, providing necessary translations, and securing client approvals.
  • Coordinating with the traffic department on matters related to copy, order entry, cooperative facilitation, and continuity.
  • Keeping sales presentation materials updated, including media kits, one-sheets, and talent biographies.
  • Providing insights for renewals and upselling opportunities to sales partners.
  • Accompanying Account Executives on significant client meetings and calls.
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with Photoshop, Wide Orbit, and vCreative is advantageous.
  • A positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards clients at all times.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and highly reliable, with the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment without sacrificing quality.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation Transparency:

The anticipated salary range for individuals based in California expressing interest in this position is $55,000 - $60,000 base salary. The final salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
