Position Title: Calibration Specialist / Technical Support - Entry Level

Job Summary:
The Calibration Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for manufactured testing equipment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Testing, calibrating, assembling, and disassembling electronic instruments to ensure optimal functionality and precision.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and the application of technical expertise.
  • Collaborating with field staff and customers to clarify, analyze, and implement solutions within the designated area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform calibration and repair tasks on a diverse range of electronic test equipment.
  • Utilize automated calibration software platforms effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Exhibit competence in both electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Address technical issues of limited scope and complexity, escalating more challenging repairs to senior technicians.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to established production processes.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Contribute positively to team objectives and service center goals.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in calibration and repair of electronic test equipment is highly preferred.
  • Relevant education, specialized training, or military experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows/Office is essential.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and utilize resources efficiently.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and high-quality service delivery.
