**Care Coordination at Ophelia**

As one of the initial points of contact for Ophelia patients, our Care Coordinators play a crucial role in creating an exceptional patient experience that fosters the company's growth and mission fulfillment.

Care Coordinators engage with patients to address a wide range of non-clinical needs and collaborate with clinicians to ensure patient safety and satisfaction with their care.

In this position, you will be tasked with adhering to established processes and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality care for our patients.

Your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with Ophelia patients, offering support in various areas such as handling pharmacy prescriptions, obtaining insurance authorizations, scheduling visits, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers. The role demands proficiency in the technology platforms and communication channels utilized by the Ophelia team.

The position reports to the Lead Care Coordinator.

**Role Schedule Note:**

This role's schedule includes weekend coverage.
