Key Responsibilities:

  • MUST HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE.
  • Manage / Supervise on-site construction activities, including but not limited to scheduling, coordination, and implementation of project plans.
  • Quality Control in the Houston Production Shop.
  • Modifying designs to facilitate Installation.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction crew to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee the installation of structural steel and other ironwork components, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials usage.


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of supervising successful projects.
  • Extensive experience in ironwork and installations, including familiarity with structural steel fabrication and erection.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or Related Experience.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
  • Experience with construction management software and tools.

Pay:
From $50,004.22 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
