  • Strategic thinking, decisiveness, and entrepreneurship.
  • Experience in managing Government Contracts and Agile Project Management.
  • Ability to work in diverse team environments and understand political landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Active/current TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI Poly.
  • 15+ years of government contract management experience.
  • Experience in high-tech programs and IT Management.
  • Agile PM experience and PMP Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with various contract types and legal requirements.

Level of Organizational Responsibility:

  • Responsible for managing general business operations.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Directs full-time team members in client projects.

Travel Requirements:

Travel within and outside the Washington National Capital Region.

Work Environment:

Professional office environment requiring long hours and weekend work.
