Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm, is seeking a full-time Program Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional IT and service solutions to commercial and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

The Program Director will serve as the primary point of contact and be responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract, as well as project management support. Key duties include:

  • Developing work plans, reports, and quality checks to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Overseeing the deployment of all program criteria and interacting with senior leadership, technical teams, and clients.
  • Managing program financials, employee reviews, customer relationships, quality management, staffing, and team building.
  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional services and developing management plans, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Providing accounting operations support, conducting in-depth research into accounting discrepancies, and cleanup efforts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Program Director must have:

  • Proven experience in providing PM oversight in financial management, reporting, business systems, and customer service.
  • Expertise in DoD policies and directives.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to execute budget planning and execution for programs.
  • Experience in managing firm-fixed-price (FFP) and labor-hour (LH) contracts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team of 13+ FTEs on a US Gov Contract.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, finance, accounting, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant focused management experience.
  • Ten (10) years of relative experience in a leadership role.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • PMP/PMI certification.
  • Quality certification (ITIL or other).
