The Talent Business Partner role is vital to building our Human Resources, Talent Management and Recruiting operations. In this opportunity, you will own the responsibility for a wide variety of tasks and programs.

This role will be focused on identifying, developing and implementing projects and initiatives to staff, on-board, develop, motivate, assess, retain and organize our talent who ultimately enable our high growth business.

In this hands-on opportunity, you will also support team member requests, maintain people systems, create reports, and team member files, and drive recruiting strategy.


Candidates should be extremely passionate about people and talent development, have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information, confidentially.

We work collaboratively, are fast paced, and have many projects and programs that will require prioritization and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key to success in this role.

Role And Responsibilities
As a key member of GenomOncology's leadership team, you will work with C-suite executives to develop a breadth of strategies to attract, retain and develop the top talent
You'll take the lead on optimizing organizational design and career path planning
You will proactively identify skill and leadership gaps within the organization and propose and implement initiatives to address these gaps
You will work with key business unit managers to develop long term plans for calibration, compensation and development processes for employees in relevant functional area
You'll provide strategic business partnership and coaching to key functional partners on performance feedback, leadership development and conflict management
Own Talent related administrative tasks, reporting, employment verifications, onboarding and off-boarding procedures and other People related projects
Support new hire onboarding; set them up in our Talent Management systems, answer questions on benefits, perks and policies; perform team member related verifications
Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline existing HR business processes
Lead team member engagement programs (that may include but not limited to DE&I, wellness, learning & development, ERGs, virtual & physical events, recognition, and surveys)
Manage and maintain team member data and files in our HRIS
Participate in process documentation and improvement efforts
Assist with special projects on an as needed basis

Required Skills And Experience

Related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management and Recruiting
Ability to work at fast pace, multitask, and utilize creative problem solving
Willingness to switch between tactical execution of tasks and strategic initiatives
Comfort with ambiguity
Experience dealing with confidential information
Excellent prioritization, organizational and time-management skills
Highly collaborative, detail oriented and articulate
Basic knowledge of payroll and HR procedures and processes
Experience with MS Office and Google applications, specifically complex spreadsheets
