Qualifications
- A degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, ideally within the staffing sector.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving sales objectives.
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with HR experience considered beneficial.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
