Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, ideally within the staffing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving sales objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with HR experience considered beneficial.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
