Requirements:_
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Ability to analyze accounts and spot discrepancies
- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in the use of MS office products
- Capable of independent work
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy regarding data input
- This is an inhouse position (NOT remote work)
Responsibilities:_
- This is a full time / inhouse position for someone who has a good understanding of accounting/bookkeeping procedures and is a team player
- Will record and confirm QuickBooks transactions for multiple clients
- Review of client material to assure documents / data are timely received
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and monthly cash flow reports
- Provide tax support for CPAs, including collating personal / business tax returns
- Future growth to include payroll responsibilities, annual city/county business filings; business management
- Support for other administrative duties
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
