Position Overview

The Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities and enhancing customer service. This role collaborates closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Finance departments within KG Technologies.

As an Operations Specialist, you will view challenges as opportunities and contribute to the team's success with your dedication and teamwork. You will be well-organized, eager to learn about the business and your role, while proactively anticipating challenges and proposing effective solutions. This is a full-time position that requires on-site collaboration with our team.

Essential Qualifications

· Relevant experience in Operations or a comparable field

· Familiarity with Purchase Order processing

· Proficient in ERP software systems, preferably SAP

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Competent in Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations

· Manage invoicing for contract manufacturers and customers

· Provide pre-and post-sales support

· Handle order acknowledgments and confirmations for clients

· Coordinate accounts with the sales center
