**Medical Contact Center Associate**

**Rotating shift from 8:00 AM ET to 9:00 PM ET**

**Remote position within the United States**

**Main Responsibilities:**

  • To handle medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and general queries via phone, email, fax, etc.
  • Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions promptly according to regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Manage drug safety data processes, including call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-up.
  • Support various assigned activities such as tracking information, quality control, training, and data reconciliation.
  • Ensure the quality of processed data.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • BS/BA degree with 1 to 2 years of safety experience
  • *Safety experience should involve processing AE/SAE reports, creating narratives, managing safety databases, and handling regulatory submissions.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist.
  • Previous call center experience is mandatory.

Pay Range: $30.28/ hour USD
