**Medical Contact Center Associate**
**Rotating shift from 8:00 AM ET to 9:00 PM ET**
**Remote position within the United States**
**Main Responsibilities:**
- To handle medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and general queries via phone, email, fax, etc.
- Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions promptly according to regulations and internal guidelines.
- Manage drug safety data processes, including call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-up.
- Support various assigned activities such as tracking information, quality control, training, and data reconciliation.
- Ensure the quality of processed data.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- BS/BA degree with 1 to 2 years of safety experience
- *Safety experience should involve processing AE/SAE reports, creating narratives, managing safety databases, and handling regulatory submissions.
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist.
- Previous call center experience is mandatory.
Pay Range: $30.28/ hour USD
Benefits: All compensation packages will be tailored to candidates' skills, relevant experience, qualifications, internal comparisons, and market data. Full-time or part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), and Company bonuses where applicable.
