Job Summary

As a Tire Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and delivering high-quality tire and battery services to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, cleaning, and organizing product displays.
  • Maintain the sales floor in the Tire and Battery Center by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and arranging merchandise.
  • Receive and stock merchandise in the Tire and Battery Center, and organize and maintain the area by following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Provide products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and service member automobiles by driving cars into and out of the bay area, identifying and notating damage to vehicles prior to servicing, and following company guidelines for tire installation.
Requirements
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Auto service industry experience.
  • Retail experience.
