The Role
Are you motivated by driving business outcomes and interested in partnering closely with the business leadership in Global Partner Solutions within Lumen? Does working in a fast-paced environment with agility sound exciting?

We're hiring for a Senior Manager role within the Business Finance organization to drive the end-to-end finance engagement with the Global Partner Solutions organization.

This role will be a trusted advisor supporting the SVP – GPS and their leadership team.

The overriding objective is to drive value creation by partnering with the business/respective finance support teams and driving performance through a rigorous, constructive assessment of operating strategies and results.

Location
This is a fully-remote position. Lumen will ship and provide all equipment necessary for the role.
The Main Responsibilities

Lead a finance team that will support GPS and serve as a cultural catalyst driving a growth mindset within the finance org.

Develop and invest in your team growing theirskillsets and building a high performing team
Understand the business levers and drivers of performance across key areas of thebusiness, including the indirect and direct partner trends
Partner with the Director – Central FP&A to manage the finance

ROB:

Provide end-to-end FP&A support for investment decisions / ROI analysis

Partner with the SVP GPS to drive the strategy for the partner model from thought leadership on the engagement models with partners to compensation strategy, etc.

What We Look For in a Candidate
Required
Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of related experience
Growth mindset / thought leader.

Proven ability to take high level direction and produce results which show thought leadership and drive value creation for the business with limited supervision.

Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
