Primary Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Develop thorough go-to-market and commercialization strategies for new foodservice products.
  • Create sales narratives, sales tools, and conduct pilots/testing.
  • Identify target accounts and offer training for implementation.
  • Sales and Market Insights:
  • Provide sales and customer insights to ensure important trends and market insights are included in strategies.
  • Work with sales and cross-functional teams to build necessary knowledge for well-informed commercialization strategies.
  • Co-manage sales performance of foodservice products with sales leaders.
  • Campaign Tracking and Training:
  • Monitor progress in innovation and insight selling through campaigns and pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead training and enhance capabilities for the foodservice sales team and products.

Job Requirements:

  • BS or MBA (Business/Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing retail sales and marketing plans that enhance consumer engagement and boost revenue streams.
  • 10+ years of extensive national operational retail sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience in managing detailed sales and marketing-oriented P&L.
  • Ability to travel locally and overnight.
