ServiceNow Sales Director

The ServiceNow Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining existing relationships, and developing strategic partnerships at our Alliance partner. As a market-facing expert, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive growth in our ServiceNow business, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and developing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales strategies to drive growth in our ServiceNow business
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the ServiceNow platform to effectively position Randstad Digital services and solutions
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness
Requirements
  • Experience in ServiceNow products and Workflow Automation concepts and value propositions preferably in ServiceNow
  • Experience in sales pursuit activities (prospecting, discovery, qualification)
  • Understanding and insight into the nature of critical services and the regulatory interaction models within financial firms
  • A proven record of selling complex digital, technology, and/or managed services solutions to the C-level of Fortune 500 companies
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and account information
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies, and go-to-market models, including social media
  • Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict

This role is part of Randstad Digital Growth Office and requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its value proposition.
