Union Status 1199 The Healthy Families New York home visiting program matches parents with knowledgeable and caring Family Support Specialists who provide information and support during pregnancy and early childhood.

Services include helping families access community resources and services, educating families on parenting and child development, connecting families with medical providers, and assessing children for developmental delays.

Position is Full Time Tuesday through Saturday. Base Salary is $39,000/yr. Education & Experience considered for determination of increase from the base rate. Travel reimbursement.

Education required:
HS Diploma or GED

Other Requirements:
Valid Drivers License, Reference Check, Physical Exam, Must Join Union, and Travel
