As a Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied with their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with selection of merchandise.
- Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
