Your responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls to establish connections and expand your client portfolio
  • Persuade and secure new and current clients for their freight transport needs
  • Negotiate prices with both shippers and carriers
  • Supervise daily shipments, address any issues promptly to ensure timely pickup and delivery, year-round
  • Practice honesty and proactiveness in all communications - internally and externally
