The Manager of Trade Credit position plays a vital role in driving business growth through the Pro Trade Credit program, within a top-tier controllership organization.

Responsible for leading a team of associates and senior associates, the Manager focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate trade credit transactions, and continuous process improvement. This role involves overseeing Order to Cash (OTC) operations, collaborating with project teams, and providing coaching to enhance team members' business and technical skills. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service to various stakeholders within the company.

Collaboration, Continuous Improvements, Operational Oversight, People Management, and Strategy Development are key areas of focus for this role. The Manager works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align strategies, share information effectively, and drive successful transactions. Effective communication, relationship-building, and leveraging business expertise to provide innovative solutions are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverages experiences to develop solutions and foster collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams
  • Participates in continuous process improvements and maintains internal controls
  • Monitors team progress against goals, ensures SLA compliance, and leads month-end/year-end processes
  • Provides leadership and coaching to direct reports, emphasizing performance reviews and skill development
  • Manages transformational projects, drives efficiency, and encourages team skill development

Requirements:
