Position Summary

Plans, manages, and implements Workday Benefits, Retirement, and Leaves technology in a fast-paced environment. Provides technical direction to internal and external groups in alignment with the overall HR Technology initiatives. Develops technology strategy for benefits, retirements, and leaves to support HR COEs and SMEs business objectives. Consults with business and HR unit leaders to identify and fulfill needed requirements. Provide project management and leadership around HR technology initiatives through drafting and deploying scope, timelines, and milestones achievements.

Essential Responsibilities

Ensures that all technology projects for aligned workstreams are prioritized and properly planned within HR Technology and with partners. Independently supports, maintains and develops Workday technologies for aligned workstreams. Interacts with business and HR unit leaders/SMEs and internal customers to determine requirements and project objectives. Identifies gaps and resolves. Presents system-level solutions that add value to the business area.Maintain roadmap for respective technologies and workstreams; manage release process for push and opt-in feature enhancements; Keep abreast of technology, industry and business trends to ensure that appropriate technologies are being considered in the planning process that meet organizational requirements.Maintain and evolve system configurations; Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and efficacy of business processes; Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, research and test solutions.Provides technical guidance to super users and support staff on the use of Workday technologies and instructs team members and business unit decisions makers on technical decision points and solution adoption. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $81,000.00 to $130,567.00 per year
