Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation and integration of the Watershed IT application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, with experience in data migration projects and technical system integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability team to support the implementation of the Watershed application.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth data migration from spreadsheets into the application.
  • Assist with defining and documenting business requirements, workflows, and processes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Watershed application and potentially other related tools.
  • Help integrate the Watershed application into existing data lakes or ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues that arise during the migration and integration phases.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions as needed, while collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of both business processes and IT systems.
  • Technical aptitude, with a willingness to learn new software, especially sustainability-focused applications like Watershed or Arcadia.
  • Experience with data migration projects, particularly moving data from spreadsheets into enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with data lakes, ERP systems, and system integrations is a plus.
  • Experience in sustainability or environmental management is a bonus but not required.
