Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Upper School Principal, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, students, and parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administration office, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Upper School Principal, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Technology Support: Provide technical support for the administration office, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and maintaining accurate records of technical requests.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating school events, including parent-teacher conferences, senior capstone speeches, and awards ceremonies.
- Student Support: Provide support to students, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on school policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience with HRIS software and database management.
- Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
