POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Recruiter and Office Coordinator, you will play a multifaceted role, not only identifying and attracting top talent but also managing light office responsibilities to ensure a conducive and organized work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with hiring managers on the posting process, interviews, candidate correspondence, and scheduling Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Provide analysis and pre-offer recommendations, offer letters, and follow through on contingency clearances Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures Coordinate and represent the company at career fairs at universities and industry events Oversee general office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup, catering, and technology requirements Serve as the point of contact for facility-related matters and liaise with building management Support administrative tasks such as mail distribution, answering phones, and managing office calendars

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions promptly Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends

SKILLS & SYSTEMS

Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive space. Ability to work in a team dynamic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong problem-solver Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

PHR/SHRM-CP Experience in the Power and Energy industry

LOCATION

Quanta Technology has offices in Raleigh, NC, Markham, ON, Lombard, IL, and San Clemente, CA. We offer hybrid employment that supports a blend of in-office and remote work.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for a professional office environment. Work may require overnight national and international travel.

COMPENSATION

$65,000/yr – $85,000/yr

Bonus eligible
