Job Title: Process Engineering Technician VIE
Company: Faurecia

Overview:
  • Support FCM at Columbus North Plant in the U.S
  • Mission duration: 12-18 months

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and correct welding, assembly, and testing processes
  • Develop and implement preventative countermeasures
  • Focus on process improvements and validation
  • Support equipment evaluation and tooling improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement and reliability
  • Address manufacturing process issues

Main missions:
  • Drive continuous improvement of plant processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Support production methods, safety, and program processes
  • Define and maintain checklists for manufacturing processes
  • Prepare process inputs and participate in product innovation

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree level of education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive manufacturing/assembly
  • Expertise in welding, assembly, robotics, TPM, and tooling

Skills and competencies:
  • Technical skills in process and product
  • Lean manufacturing and Program Management System knowledge
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English
