About the Position:
Hiring for a
Senior Land Development Manager
in Houston responsible for managing multiple Residential/MUD development projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful execution of projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful land development management, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing residential master-planned communities.
- 5+ years experience with land development, civil engineering, or civil construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of MUD districts, reimbursement structure, and operational process.
