We are looking for a Technical Sales Leader to be part of our Vehicle Electrification Systems team, where you will play a crucial role in achieving breakthroughs in power electronics, delivering top-notch products, and driving commercial success through strategic investments in power electronics. You are expected to:

  • Engage with customers daily in NA and other regions, handling tasks such as RFI, RFQ, and winning new projects
  • Lead customer project tracking and competitive intelligence, as well as support global benchmarking efforts
  • Prepare rolling forecasts, negotiate prices, and identify new business opportunities with electric vehicle customers and OEMs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan budgets, sales strategies, and target customers
  • Stay updated on customers' needs and support sales and product strategies accordingly

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, and account management with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of power electronics products/components like onboard charger, DCDC converter, or inverter
  • Excellent communication skills and customer interaction experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, or Electric Vehicle Start-up is a plus
  • MBA qualification
