Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue goals and broaden our Managed Services client portfolio.
- Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Work closely with our technical team to create tailored IT solutions that meet clients' specific requirements, enhance their technological framework, and deliver measurable business advantages.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, conduct engaging product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts that optimize value for both clients and our organization.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, using this insight to position our Managed Services offerings as the preferred choice in the marketplace.
- Provide outstanding account management for existing clients, fostering relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance awareness of our Managed Services offerings.
- Continuously enhance and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT Managed Services or technology solutions sector, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong comprehension of Managed Services offerings, including IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud services, and IT operations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to achieving objectives.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other technology solutions that facilitate the sales process.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving market conditions.
