What You Will Do:
We are looking for a technical contributor with project/program management and/or low code/no code development skills and experience. Applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Front-end development.

The applicant will be expected to conduct business development, contribute to developing solutions for USAF Program Offices, manage resources across multiple projects, and take an active role in supporting and building ongoing digital efforts.

The applicant must have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to management and assigned clients.

The applicant should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients bridge project/program management processes to drive knowledge management and process efficiencies
  • Drive digital transformation implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
  • Identify the client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings
  • Identify stakeholder requirements and process flows to enable digital transformation solution support
  • Help design the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
  • Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
  • Responsible for high quality, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA team
  • Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide a daily personal status report
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design
  • Serve as the Digital Transformation Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management
  • Help create design documentation for new solutions and functions
  • Work with the support team to resolve production support issues

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance
  • Bachelor's of Arts or Bachelor's of Science Degree
  • Two (2) or more years of collective experience in project/program management and/or software engineering
What

Would Be Nice To Have:

  • DoD/USAF Weapon System Acquisition experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
