Job Description

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Model-Based Systems Engineering Specialist to join our team of experts in digital transformation, space mission engineering, and launch assurance.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, researching, and developing advanced applications that may result in new product/business opportunities for the Company.

You will lead efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings, and develop system requirements, perform requirements management, and perform compliance assessments in support of major design reviews.

Using MBSE and Engineering tools, you will identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.

Responsibilities
  • Design, research, and develop advanced applications
  • Lead efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings
  • Develop system requirements, perform requirements management, and perform compliance assessments
  • Use MBSE and Engineering tools to identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process
Qualifications
  • BS 12-15, MS Phd 10+
  • Experience with one or more of the following: NoMagic, MagicDraw, Cameo, SysML, UPDM, IBM Rhapsody
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
