Our Supported Employment Department is looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join the team as a Contract and Billing Assistant.

In this key role, the Contract and Billing Assistant will be responsible for a variety of support responsibilities including:

  • Maintaining an indepth knowledge and understanding of the contract and compliance requirements
  • Tracking and entering all data into database systems
  • Extracting relevant data information from participant files to compile monthly billing reports
  • Processing and entering billing documentation into approved funder databases for 2 supported employment programs
  • Assisting team in obtaining proper referral documentation from funders and maintaining up to date files
  • Developing reports as assigned
  • Assisting with job coaching and other program needs as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(Education, Certifications, Experience)

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education or related field required.

Prefer one-year experience in a human service setting providing direct and/or supportive services to individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment preferred.

Some positions may require specialized experience, education, licensure, etc.

Must be able to provide own transportation to various sites in the community to fulfill the obligations of this position.


Pay:
$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
