Position Details: This is a full-time role, primarily operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week and will receive weekly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent customer relations through clear and effective communication.
  • Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy by resolving discrepancies and processing daily invoices.
  • Utilize technology proficiently, including Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Engage with customers regarding service and sales inquiries.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist with daily operations, including preparing and processing estimates and invoicing completed work.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics while also being capable of independent work.
  • Follow up effectively with customers, technicians, and team members.
  • Complete necessary pre-employment screenings and background checks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
