The ideal candidate should hold an Accounting degree, possess extensive payroll experience, and have prior exposure to software upgrades.

Qualifications
  • Process multi-state payroll efficiently
  • Reconcile and estimate insurance payments and liabilities
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports and reconciliations
  • Resolve payroll issues effectively
  • Supervise a team of payroll assistants
  • Monitor employee promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Manage benefits, Cobra, Sick Leave, and PTO accruals, and draft policies
  • Collaborate with a 3rd party to ensure timely tax recording and payments
  • Handle various special projects as they arise
