Due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper in the greater Charlotte, NC area. This position does require that you report to the office Monday through Friday 9am-5pm for the first 90 days. After that time, it will transition into a hybrid remote/onsite position.

In this position as Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining the general ledger, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts.

  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations in multiple lines of business.
  • Running payroll for multiple clients
  • Filing business personal property tax listings
  • Stay up to date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • least 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
