Key Responsibilities- Manage staff attendance and payroll functions in the Red Rover Platform
- Create requisitions, receive items, purchase orders, and check requests using Title I funds and school funds
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform complex bookkeeping, administrative, and secretarial duties
- Maintain school-related files and records using computer-driven programs
- High School Degree plus additional secretarial coursework
- 3 Years of Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience Including Some Secretarial Experience
- Knowledge of Title I spending guidelines and experience using financial platforms such as Lawson
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
