Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage, implement and supervise all daily parking operations of the garage
Organize, maintain, and reconcile various financial records, both manually and through automated methods
Manage claims process, limit liability and maintain overall safety in the garage parking facility
Train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate garage associates
Assist in setup of special event parking programs
Balance accounts and assists in preparing reports and statements
Provide technical assistance and work direction to garage associates
Upkeep maintenance of garage parking electronic pay revenue control equipment
Ensure and monitor upkeep and maintenance of garage facility
Operate office equipment (e.g., computer terminal and peripheral equipment, calculator, copier, etc.)
Assist in collecting, recording and depositing revenues received at the garage facility
Prepare special reports in connection with fiscal records as assigned or required
Work special projects as assigned or required
Perform activities, functions and other related tasks and duties as assigned or required
Administer and maintain lease (monthly) parking program at the garage

Maximize and account for all revenue at Monteleone Garage
Verify payroll to ensure accuracy and to ensure the payroll period is 100% correct for all garage associates

Ability to operate and maintain electronic revenue control equipment
Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holiday
