Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant - Driver to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring a seamless parking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide assistance to customers when needed, communicate proactively, and ensure every moment matters for our clients.
  • Parking Operations: Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces, count vehicles on location, and patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed.
  • Enforcement and Safety: Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies, patrol entrances and exits, and report any safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle, provide directions, and offer support as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Facility Manager and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient parking experience.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license, current address, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Availability: Be available to work special shifts, including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends, as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers, and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
  • Technical Skills: Be able to read, write, add, and subtract US currency, comprehend instructions, and follow written and verbal instructions.
