- Manage outside vendor contracting services for St. Paul's Senior Services and St. Paul's PACE
- Oversee credentialing process for contracted providers to meet NCQA standards
- Supervise Contracts and Credentialing Coordinators
- Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience:
- Two to five years experience in provider development contracting
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop contractual relationships with service providers
- Coordinate quality assessment of potential providers
- Create Out of Network and HIPAA business agreements
- Ensure contract compliance with State and Federal regulations
- Conduct initial meetings with possible providers
- Manage provider directory and update information
