Position Summary


This position reports to Vice President of Customer Acquisition and is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online and offline marketing strategies for the Purpose Money, a banking services brand.

This is a senior marketing role, working closely with Product to develop, and then market features to customers, focusing on obtaining measurable results as outlined by organizational KPI's.

Job Responsibility


Develop and manage conception and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales in bank services brand.

Lead planning, and execution of go-to-market plans working closely with Product, Creative, Acquisition, Social, Content, and Lifecycle.
Execute online marketing campaigns, including being hands-on with digital performance marketing, incorporating performance marketing best practices for continuous improvement.

Execute offline marketing campaigns with partners to drive campaign performance, including oversight of hyper-local market initiatives, including promotions, events, OOH, etc.

Work closely with Product to develop and refine a strong understanding of customer segment needs, behaviors, economics, and overall value proposition to increase market penetration.

Direct management campaign budgets and performance, tracking key metrics such as cost per application (CPA), cost per open account , and net revenue, while providing regular reports and insights to cross-team and executive stakeholders.

Optimize campaign and lifecycle performance, improving customer UX through advanced testing and modeling.
Manage a Marketing budget while cultivating new partners and/or opportunities to maximize return while staying within budget.

Monitor industry trends and competition to stay informed of best practices and emerging technologies with the goal of creating innovative strategies to promote the Purpose Money brand.

Maintain brand standards in creative, messaging, and tone, across online and offline mediums.

Develop efficient communication methods to explain complicated analyses through the creation and use of visualization tools, including demand funnels, conversion funnel abandonment, operational and campaign efficiency trends, and more.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant experience required .

Experience Required

7+ years of experience with marketing campaign strategy, management, and optimizations.

Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition and retention lifecycle campaign management with a strong focus on return on investmentExperience with banking products or similar.

Knowledge Required
