Temporary DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed to cover for a 3-6 months in Costa Mesa. This is an IN OFFICE role. Not a remote role. The Temporary Office Assistant will perform a variety of clerical duties and relieve staff of routine administrative detail.
This is an on-site, part-time assignment for an estimated duration of 3 months. The selected
individual will be expected to work, 25-30 hours per week between
the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Schedule is flexible and dependent upon candidate
availability
Ideal Candidates will have:
Experience providing excellent customer service
Experience with electronic filing systems and databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail
Good judgement and critical thinking skills
Dependability in their work and ability to show up to work on time each shift
Administrative support experience in a finance department
Example of Duties:
* Monitoring accounts payable example inbox
* Scan documents
* Filing (paper and electronic)
* Matching invoices to packing slips
* Answering customer service phone calls
