Contours is seeking a dynamic Manager to join our team as an integral leader in shaping the future direction of the business.
You will be responsible for:
overseeing daily operations, revenue goals, budgets, and growing & developing staff. The manager will directly supervise all employees and must be passionate for the success and future of the business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing business performance and ensuring revenue, key performance indicators, and budgets are maintained.
Maintain and manage high level of customer service ensuring that all salon/spa members are upholding the Contours standards for guest experience.
Ability to recruit, onboard, train, develop, and maintain a great team.
Run guest events and head new client acquisition.
Coordinating and contributing to social media content.
Requirements:
Exceptional leadership and ability to motivate and influence others through action.
Results oriented leader with proven ability to exceed revenue goals.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, able to multi task.
Excellent customer service skills.
