The Staff Accountant will support the finance team supporting accounts payable and general accounting functions within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • General ledger and month-end close experience.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Reconcile monthly/quarterly/annual sales tax filings.
Qualifications include:
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite (or another ERP system) highly preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience including word and excel.
  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
