POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cybersecurity Program and Response Manager will oversee and synchronize cybersecurity efforts across various projects and teams. This role entails leading preparations for cybersecurity incidents across multiple departments and directing response measures for significant cybersecurity events. You will be accountable for ensuring that our cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices are effectively integrated and upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Guarantee that cybersecurity is woven into the fabric of the company's operations and that the organization is equipped to react promptly and efficiently to major cybersecurity incidents.
  • Formulate and oversee the execution of cybersecurity strategies, plans, and roadmaps for diverse projects and programs, in partnership with cybersecurity leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders regarding cybersecurity requirements, expectations, and progress.
  • Collaborate with the broader Digital Program Management Office (PMO) to seamlessly integrate cybersecurity into Digital PMO processes.
  • Assess and monitor the cybersecurity performance and compliance of project deliverables and processes; effectively relay project status, risks, issues, and decisions to project leadership.
  • Manage cybersecurity risks and challenges, coordinating across relevant teams to implement suitable mitigation and remediation actions.
  • Facilitate cybersecurity audits, assessments, and reviews; ensure that action items are prioritized and addressed by the respective teams.
  • Oversee team workload and establish delivery timelines appropriately.
  • Ensure successful and timely delivery, aligned with customer expectations.
  • Assist in the development and management of cybersecurity scorecards and metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and staff on cybersecurity best practices and standards.
  • Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, making recommendations for program enhancements.

YOU HAVE:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • Ideally 10+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity, with a robust technical background and experience leading major incident response activities.
  • Experience in leading cybersecurity programs and projects.
  • Professional certification in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and methodologies, such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
