Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote and Presentation Development: Create quotes and presentations for customers, dealers, network affiliates, state local contracts, and other customers.
  • Staff Training and Support: Train and support staff related to products, markets, and processes for sales excellence.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison for customers with other parts of the organization including sales, accounting, marketing, legal, and service departments.
  • Sales Rep Support: Support sales reps' efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management.

Requirements:

  • CRM/ERP Experience: Experience with CRM/ERP programs like Business Central, Microsoft 365, Navision, or other similar programs.
  • Software Skills: Experience in modern software tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Culture and Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person, office environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks, and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
  • Education and Certifications: College degree preferred but not required, relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred.
