We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise User Acceptance Testing leader to spearhead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide UAT strategy. As the UAT Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our software systems and processes. This will include establishing conventions for test planning, test case development, automated testing, defect tracking, UAT metrics, and evaluation criteria for determining fitness for release of deliverables under test.

Qualifications:

Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Quality Assurance/Testing required.Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience required.Minimum of three (3) years leading UAT testing required. Experience leading testing and/or development personnel preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executive and senior management, operational management, support staff, external parties including partners and regulatory agencies required.Strong understanding of Testing methodologies, tools, and processes required.Strong analytical capabilities and proven skills to conduct root cause analysis required.Experience in healthcare or insurance industry, with a thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards required.Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks required.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks required.Track record of influence across organizations, beyond direct team members required.Demonstrated ability to analyze, identify, implement and monitor outcomes required.Demonstrated experience in leading testing teams required.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio or similar tools required.

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
