Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of Grants Management supervisors, the selected candidate will:
- Conduct requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, assist in both conceptual and detailed design initiatives, and facilitate the transition of the Grants Gateway into the SFS.
- Support the testing of SFS Grants Management functionality builds.
- Provide assistance with initial help desk inquiries.
- Ensure a seamless transition for all stakeholders (vendors and state agencies) from the Grants Gateway to the SFS for Grants.
- Support senior staff in developing user manuals and training materials, aid agency users in conversion efforts, and assist all users during the transition.
Required Skills
- 60 months of experience in requirements gathering and business analysis, including the production of written documentation for requirements, system design, and implementation.
- 36 months of experience in testing builds of an enterprise IT project, including defect reporting.
- 36 months of experience providing implementation support services for an enterprise IT project.
- 12 months of experience as a state employee or public/private consultant performing Business Analysis activities related to state enterprise or agency-specific grants or financial management systems.
