Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Senior Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, understand and underwrite their insurance needs, and provide the best insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment and possess the ability to connect with clients and multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, following up on internet leads and previous interactions.
  • Understand customers' insurance needs and reasons for shopping for new policies.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to underwrite policies accurately.
  • Identify and match customers with appropriate insurance markets and products.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions using various systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand and assess customer needs.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance broker license is required.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Applied EPIC is preferred.

Position Details:

  • Open to remote associates, with a preference for those in the Eastern time zone.
  • Strong preference for candidates who can commute to the office in Rocky Point, NY.
