Key Responsibilities:- Manage the preparation of submissions, including necessary applications and supporting documentation.
- Present accounts favorably to insurance carriers while actively working to secure competitive programs.
- Leverage your expertise and established relationships to serve high net worth clients effectively.
- Collaborate with designated sales teams to market both new and renewal business.
- Gather essential information and assess existing programs.
- Request relevant underwriting reports as required.
- Ensure timely provision of quotes by following submissions through the process.
- Engage in new business solicitation using various sales and marketing strategies, while building relationships.
- Coordinate administrative workflows with support teams to ensure prompt and accurate responses to service inquiries.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop new markets, including fostering organic growth.
- Proficient in business writing and situational analysis.
- Dynamic, self-driven individuals who are goal-oriented and can excel both in team settings and independently.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in personal lines of property and casualty insurance, including coverages, rating, terminology, and technical procedures. Possession of P&C and E&S licenses is required.
- Sales-oriented, personable individuals who enjoy forming new relationships while mastering communication strategies and sales techniques.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally including Wholesale Broker or MGA exposure.
