  • In-depth understanding of property and casualty insurance, including industry trends, products, and regulations.
  • Exceptional skills in customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and building strong client connections.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing complex claims and resolving issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
