Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for billing, creating invoices, and lien releases
  • Collect accounts receivables
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
  • Reconcile statements and transactions
  • Provide administrative support to the controller
  • Assist with all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant accounts receivables experience
  • Cash, Check, Payment posting, and Account Reconciliation skills are highly desired
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of accounting software, preferably SAP
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately while prioritizing work

Details:

  • Onsite, M-F, 8-5
  • Pay: $22-25/hr.
  • Type: 3–4-month contract
  • Plano, TX 75024
