We are actively seeking an experienced (Senior) Program Manager with a strong background in strategic planning to lead key initiatives that align with our long-term business objectives.

A day in the life

Global Fleet & Products (GFP) is looking for a Sr.

Program Manager to own end-to-end strategy and execution of Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Fleet Sentiment within the Last Mile organization.

This individual will serve as the 'voice of the customer' for our organization to ensure fleet program and product feedback is being surfaced to the right stakeholders and actioned appropriately.

This role requires someone who is willing to learn all aspects of the DSP program and become a subject matter expert for our organization.

We are looking for an individual who can operate in an undefined space, influence cross-functional groups, and create closed-loop listening mechanisms.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, supervise, and control the sentiment program for GFP
  • Define and measure internal and external fleet sentiment goals
  • Enhance current listening mechanisms and present data to senior leadership
  • Partner with DSP Communications to incorporate fleet feedback in to future campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the progress of all activity within the program area
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including DSPs, Last Mile program teams, operations, finance, tech, and other business teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 2+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
